Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Operio platform at operio.work ("Service"), operated by Operio ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business to use Operio. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@operio.work if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to use Operio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Operio offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on the pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
If payment fails, we will make reasonable attempts to collect payment. Accounts with unpaid balances may be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days.
Where a free trial is offered, no credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan or stop using the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
You retain all ownership rights to the documents, data, and content you upload to Operio ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and use it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train AI models or share it with third parties.
You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and complies with applicable laws.
Operio uses AI to generate text, documents, and responses on your behalf. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to clients or acting on it. Operio is not liable for any losses arising from the use of AI-generated outputs without human review.
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, messaging platforms, or events outside our control.
All rights in the Operio platform, including software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Operio. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Operio harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or any violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, if continued operation poses a security risk, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Operio is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
